12 oz spaghetti (340 g)
1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
1 lb ground beef (450 g)
1 small onion (100 g), diced
3 cloves garlic (15 g), minced
1 jar marinara sauce (24 oz / 680 g)
1/2 teaspoon salt (2.5 g)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1 g)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (2 g)
4 round bread rolls
4 tablespoons butter (60 g), melted
2 cloves garlic (10 g), minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (5 g), chopped
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (220 g)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (50 g)
Cook spaghetti until al dente; drain.
Brown beef with onion and garlic; stir in sauce and seasonings.
Combine spaghetti with sauce.
Hollow bread rolls and brush with garlic butter.
Bake bread bowls 8–10 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
Fill with spaghetti and top with cheeses.
Bake 10–12 minutes until melted and bubbly.
