Crispy garlic bread bowls filled with savory spaghetti and topped with melted cheese for a fun, hearty comfort meal.

Ingredients

12 oz spaghetti (340 g)
1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
1 lb ground beef (450 g)
1 small onion (100 g), diced
3 cloves garlic (15 g), minced
1 jar marinara sauce (24 oz / 680 g)
1/2 teaspoon salt (2.5 g)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1 g)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (2 g)
4 round bread rolls
4 tablespoons butter (60 g), melted
2 cloves garlic (10 g), minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (5 g), chopped
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (220 g)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (50 g)

Instructions

  • Cook spaghetti until al dente; drain.

  • Brown beef with onion and garlic; stir in sauce and seasonings.

  • Combine spaghetti with sauce.

  • Hollow bread rolls and brush with garlic butter.

  • Bake bread bowls 8–10 minutes at 375°F (190°C).

  • Fill with spaghetti and top with cheeses.

  • Bake 10–12 minutes until melted and bubbly.

  • Rest briefly before serving.

Notes

Pre-bake bread bowls to prevent sogginess. Customize with chicken or vegetables if desired. Broil briefly for extra golden cheese topping.
