1 1/2 lbs ground beef (680 g)
1 small onion (100 g), diced
2 cloves garlic (10 g), minced
1 tablespoon tomato paste (15 g)
1 teaspoon paprika (2 g)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (3 g)
1/2 teaspoon oregano (1 g)
1/2 teaspoon salt (2.5 g)

1/2 cup mayonnaise (120 ml)
1/2 cup sour cream (120 ml)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (15 ml)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (220 g)
