1 1/2 lbs ground beef (680 g)
1 small onion (100 g), diced
2 cloves garlic (10 g), minced
1 tablespoon tomato paste (15 g)
1 teaspoon paprika (2 g)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (3 g)
1/2 teaspoon oregano (1 g)
1/2 teaspoon salt (2.5 g)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1 g)
1/2 cup mayonnaise (120 ml)
1/2 cup sour cream (120 ml)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (15 ml)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (220 g)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (55 g)

Instructions

  • Toss cabbage with oil, salt, and pepper; roast at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.

  • Cook ground beef with onion, garlic, tomato paste, and seasonings until browned.

  • Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard.

  • Layer beef over cabbage, spread creamy mixture, and top with cheeses.

  • Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  • Rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
