  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) beef broth

  • 2 cups (370 g) cooked rice

  • 1 cup (150 g) diced bell peppers

  • 1 cup (120 g) diced zucchini

  • 1/2 cup (75 g) corn kernels

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
