1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/4 cup (60 ml) beef broth
2 cups (370 g) cooked rice
1 cup (150 g) diced bell peppers
1 cup (120 g) diced zucchini
1/2 cup (75 g) corn kernels
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
