3 cups (450 g) cooked brisket
¾ cup (180 ml) barbecue sauce
8 slices thick-cut bread
2 cups (200 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup (100 g) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 tablespoons (56 g) unsalted butter
½ cup (75 g) thinly sliced red onion
1 tablespoon (15 g) chopped parsley (optional)
Warm brisket with barbecue sauce in a skillet.
