2 chicken breasts (12 oz / 340 g)
1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
1/2 teaspoon salt (2.5 g)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1 g)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (1 g)
1/3 cup Buffalo sauce (80 ml)
1 tablespoon butter (15 g), melted
2 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce (50 g)
1/2 cup shredded carrots (60 g)
1/4 cup diced celery (30 g)
1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing (60 ml)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese (55 g)
Season and cook chicken in olive oil until fully cooked.
Slice and toss with Buffalo sauce and melted butter.
Warm tortillas briefly.
Layer lettuce, carrots, celery, chicken, cheese, and dressing.
Wrap tightly and serve immediately.
