A quick and flavorful wrap filled with spicy Buffalo chicken, crisp vegetables, and creamy dressing.

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts (12 oz / 340 g)
1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
1/2 teaspoon salt (2.5 g)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (1 g)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (1 g)
1/3 cup Buffalo sauce (80 ml)
1 tablespoon butter (15 g), melted
2 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce (50 g)
1/2 cup shredded carrots (60 g)
1/4 cup diced celery (30 g)
1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing (60 ml)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese (55 g)

Instructions

  • Season and cook chicken in olive oil until fully cooked.

  • Slice and toss with Buffalo sauce and melted butter.

  • Warm tortillas briefly.

  • Layer lettuce, carrots, celery, chicken, cheese, and dressing.

  • Wrap tightly and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust spice level by adding more or less Buffalo sauce. Use grilled, baked, or rotisserie chicken depending on preference.
