4 cups (120 g) mixed salad greens
2 ripe peaches, sliced thinly
8 oz (225 g) burrata cheese
1/4 cup (60 ml) balsamic glaze
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup (30 g) toasted almonds or pecans
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chopped
Arrange greens on a platter or plates.
Slice peaches and fan over the greens.
Tear or slice burrata and place on top.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
Sprinkle toasted nuts, basil, and black pepper.
