  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced thinly

  • 8 oz (225 g) burrata cheese

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) balsamic glaze

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 cup (30 g) toasted almonds or pecans

  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chopped

Instructions

  • Arrange greens on a platter or plates.

  • Slice peaches and fan over the greens.

  • Tear or slice burrata and place on top.

  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.

  • Sprinkle toasted nuts, basil, and black pepper.

  • Add honey if desired and serve immediately.
